Two of our members were invited to give talks at the Manchester Biomaterials Showcase on June 23rd. Dr. Zahraa Al-ahmady spoke about The North West Centre for Advanced Drug Delivery, the exciting new collaboration between AstraZeneca, Manchester Pharmacy School and the Nanomedicine Lab. Dr. Cyrill Bussy delivered a thought-provoking talk on ‘Graphene: the last zeitgeist in biomaterials’.
