Ms. Wafa Al-Jamal obtained her PhD this September. Her thesis is called “Engineering Liposome-Quantum Dot Hybrids for Biological Applications”. During her PhD, Wafa’ was awarded an Overseas Research Students Awards Scheme (ORS) scholarship from the University of London. She obtained her BPharm from Al-Zaytoonah University in Jordan in 2003. Wafa’ has now taken on a position as research associate within the lab.
