Last week, Despoina had the opportunity to give an invited talk at the Intracranial Glioma Workshop 2025 in Athens, Greece. She spoke about the Future of nanomedicine in glioblastoma therapy, sharing insights from her PhD research and examples from our group’s work. It was a great experience presenting to an international audience of neurosurgeons, radiologists, and medical experts and discussing how innovative nanotechnologies can make a real difference in treating brain cancer.
